Sonic Prime Complete Series Steelbook Edition Is Nearly 50% Off At Launch
The Netflix animated series Sonic Prime released on Blu-ray today, June 24, and fans can get a terrific deal on the collectible box set edition. Sonic Prime: The Complete Series Steelbook Edition is up for grabs for only $27 at Amazon and Walmart. When preorders opened a couple months back, the collection cost $50, so you're saving nearly 50% on that price. The Complete Series Steelbook Edition is currently cheaper than buying Seasons 1 and 2 individually, and it comes with the final season as well.Like all catastrophes, Sonic Prime kicks off with the universe being shattered because the titular hedgehog didn't heed the advice of his friends when he was facing off against Dr. Eggman. With the multiverse in peril, Sonic has to travel to distant worlds to fix his mistake, and along the way, he encounters new and strange versions of his allies who are the key to helping him on his quest.Overall, it's a fun show aimed at younger members of the family, as they'll get a kick out of all the multiversal silliness and action in this animated series.Sonic the Hedgehog Animated SeriesAdventures of Sonic the Hedgehog: The Complete Series (Blu-ray)Sonic Prime is the sixth Sonic the Hedgehog animated series, and if you're looking to complete your collection, you can pick up the other shows on DVD and Blu-ray.
